The machine is a high-performance blown film machine, which designed and developed based on the advantages of advanced abroad film blowing machine and the domestic machine developing facts. Compare with normal film blowing machine, it has following advantages: rational construction, computer control, high degree of automation, simple operation, low energy consumption.
1. The unit adopts the top-down blown production, circulating water cooling. The produced film is in good transparency, without flow pattern, ripples and wrinkles and so on.
2. Screw and barrel both used 38CrMoAl alloy steel, with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity, through multi-channel heat treatment and grinding, can bear high temperature and wear-resistant that ensure the particles completely melt, with uniform color and increased output.
3. Screw is designed with four mixing head that can have good plasticizing, high output, low energy consumption.
4. Center feeding Spiral die head produce uniform thickness film , easy to use, can enhance the strength and uniformity of plastic film.
5. Extruding main motor, traction auxiliary motor are using frequency control (can save more than 15% electricity), control accurately.
6. Automatic heating temperature control device ,can chose temperature in the range of 0 degree ~ 300 degree, use accurately.
7. Winding unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, driven by torque motor, rewinding neat and roll- changing easy.
