Features of the machine set:

1.    The tractor adopts horizontal swing rotation replaces die rotation and simplifies die structure, it solves problems of lcakage, poor sealing and maintenance, ect. Arising from die rotation, Ensures good film smoothness.
The IBC internal bubble cooling system make a improvement of film quality and diaphaneity, also have a notable increase of machine output.
2.    High precision fold diameter control system.Adjust the air current by fan speed adjustment, have low deviation.
3.    EPS photoelectron correct errors system, automatically rectifies a deviation and rolls regularly.
4.    High accuracy film dies and air ring cooling system ensures good film even thickness and high output efficiency.
